INTRODUCTION

In this day and age, business and IT managers are faced with many pressing issues. How It Works

The programme is open to all Malaysian-owned MSC Malaysia status companies. Programme participants are free to undertake their own certification project with a professional consulting firm and accreditation body to obtain ISO 20000:2005.

Upon completion, programme participant is reimbursed with 50% or maximum of RM 50,000 of total programme cost, whichever is lower.
