CDP QMS is a programme that will get you started in the journey towards process excellence. It provides assistance to MSC Malaysia Status Organisations in implementing and adopting the ISO 9001:2000 certification.

Programme Objectives

To provide a starting point for MSC Malaysia Status Organisations towards achieving process excellence.
To improve branding of MSC Malaysia products and services through globally recognised certification.
To assist MSC Malaysia Status Organisations to adopt quality management standards practices as a tool to increase service delivery capabilities.
To provide assistance and incentives to MSC Malaysia Status Organisations in implementing quality management standards.

Benefits

The ISO 9001:2000 certification gives emphasis on the fulfillment of customers' requirements and customers' satisfaction through improved processes.

By obtaining this certification, your organisation's productivity and efficiency can be achieved through structured and improved internal processes. Your organisation will be recognised through global standards of branding and higher customer satisfaction.

How It Works

The programme is open to all Malaysian-owned MSC Malaysia Status Organisations. Programme participants are free to undertake their certification with an accreditation body to obtain ISO 9001:2000

Upon completion programme participant is reimbursed with 50% or maximum of RM 10,000 of total project cost, whichever is lower.
