Ng Wan Peng
Chief Operating Officer, MDeC
Ms Ng Wan Peng is Chief Operating Officer of Multimedia Development Corporation (MDeC), and she is heading Capacity Development Division at the same time. Her areas of responsibility include creating conducive environment for ICT companies through providing world class infrastructure and telecom services, promote Cyberlaws and IP protection, and developed programmed to help enhance companies’ competitiveness. She also heads the Technology and Commercialization Committee of the MSC Malaysia Multimedia Grant Scheme.

Ms Ng comes with more than 16 years’ experience in the ICT field. She has extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, in the areas of Strategic IT Planning, Project Management, Systems Integration, and Methodologies Development. Ms Ng has consulted for both private and public sector organizations in IT policy and project implementation in government, defense and education sectors in Malaysia and abroad. She obtained her Honours Degree in Computer Science from Universiti Sains Malaysia.

Eur Ing. Ir. Dr. Karl Ng, DBA, PMP®, PEng, CEng
Head of Capability Development Department

Dr Karl is the Head of Capability Development at Multimedia Development Corporation. His responsibilities include directing the development and implementation of national level Capability Development programmes which aims to enhance competitiveness of MSC Malaysia and companies operating within it. His professional qualifications
extend from being a Chartered, Professional and European Engineer to Project Management Professional (PMP). He is also trained in best practices such as PCMM, CMMI, Six Sigma (Green Belt), ISO, ITIL and ISMS and has presented papers in international conferences. He has accumulated 10 years of experience from manufacturing and ICT industry ranging from R&D, engineering, business strategy, programme management and process improvement. He holds a Bachelor honours degree in Engineering from University of Birmingham, United Kingdom, MBA with distinction and Doctor of Business Administration degrees from Charles Sturt University, Australia. He specialises in Strategic Management and Performance Management in his doctoral studies. He has also attended courses conducted by The University of Texas at Austin and Carnegie Mellon University, USA. Dr Karl is a member of Institution of Engineers Malaysia, Institution of Engineering & Technology (UK), Project Management Institute (USA) and Malaysian Institute of Management.

Aiza Zeyati Zamani, PMP®

Aiza comes with more than 9 years of experience in project management, enterprise architecture and system integration. She oversees both the MSC Malaysia PMP and MSC oQms programmes. A Project Management Professional (PMP®), she also holds a Bachelor (honours) degree in Information Technology, majoring in networking. 

Azdilizan Abdullah, PMP®

Head of Solution Assessment & Development Centre (SADC)

Azdilizan comes with more than 10 years of experience in software application development, technical support, consultancy, enterprise architecture and project management. Currently, he is heading the Solution Assessment & Development Centre (SADC). His responsibilities are to develop and promote software testing to the MSC Malaysia status companies. He completed 'Introduction to Capability Maturity Model® Integration (Stated and Continuous), V1.1 - and was an Appraisal Team Member to appraise SADC for CMMi Level 2. The first personnel to be certified as Project Management Professional (PMP®) at MDeC, he holds a Bachelor (honours) degree in Business Administration, majoring in Computer Information Systems from Western Michigan University.

Muhundhan Kamarapullai, CPM (Asia Pacific), Lead Auditor 27001 IRCA, PMP®
Manager, Capability Development Department
Programme Manager, CDP ISMS

Muhundhan comes with more than 10 years of working experience in Business Development, Marketing and Programme Development. A qualified IRCA ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, he manages MSC Malaysia Information Security Management System programme. He’s also a Certified Professional Marketer (CPM, Asia Pacific) and specialises in developing business channels, marketing e-health and e-learning services. He has participated in many strategic roles in managing and creating businesses for Private Colleges/Universities, Pharmaceuticals, Insurance & Managed Care Organizations and Health Informatics based companies. He holds a Bachelors degree in Biotechnology and Masters Science degree in Corporate Communications from University Putra Malaysia. On a personal note, he is an active exponent in the art of self defense and has represented Malaysia in numerous international level tournaments.

Ir. Ahmad Syahrir Bin Mohd Shuib P.Eng, PMP®

Ahmad Syahrir comes with more than 8 years of experience in corporate sales, product development and market development. Prior to working at MDeC, 
he was with a major Telco company. At present, he manages the CDP Six Sigma Programme and oversees the CDP CMMI programme. He holds a Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering from Keio University , Japan and received his MBA in International Business Strategy from Hitotsubashi University , Japan . He is a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM) and a member of Institution of Engineers, Malaysia (IEM).

Jezamin Abdul Razak

Programme Manager, CDP ITSM

Jezamin comes with more than 9 years of experience in web content developing and marketing. Prior to joining MDeC, she handled the marketing and promotions for the number one English radio station in Malaysia.At present, she manages CDP ITSM as well as playing an important role within the support team where she facilitates the marketing of capability development programmes. She holds a Bachelor (honors) in TESL from University of Malaya.

Marzuki Ahmad
Senior Executive, Capability Development Department

Marzuki has 9 years of working experience in Facilities Management, Event Management, IT operation, tender evaluation, procurement process and exposition (domestic and international). At present, he manages facilities and operation for MSC Malaysia Innovation Centre. He holds a Bachelor (honour) degree in Education from National University of Malaysia.

Norizham bin Abdul Razak

Programme Manager, CDP Software Testing & CDP Innovation

Norizham (pronounced Nor-iz-ham) comes with more than 5 years of experience in the IT industry ranging from web/flash development, testing, system administration, project management, event management, tender evaluation, procurement and quality processes. At present, he manages CDP Software Testing and CDP Innovation programme. He holds a Bachelors degree in Information Technology from Charles Sturt University, Australia.

His professional qualifications are ISTQB Certified Tester - Foundation level (CTFL), eG Certified Consultant and eG Certified Engineer. He has also completed 'Introduction to Capability Maturity Model® Integration (Staged and Continuous), V1.1' - and was an Appraisal Team Member for 4 successful CMMI Maturity Level 2 SCAMPI A appraisals.

Nur Aida Mohamed Ghouse

Nur Aida comes with more than 3 years of experience in finance and project management. She managesCDP QMS Programme and on the divisional level, she monitors all budget activities. Graduated from University of Science Malaysia, she holds a Bachelor (honour) degree of Management.

Jane Goh

Programme Manager, CDP Marketing

Jane Goh comes with more than 6 years of working experience in both graphic and multimedia industry. Her primary roles are within the support team where she facilitates and maintains all electronic components of capability development programmes as well as managing programme leads. She manages the CDP Marketing programme, as well as co-manages CDP ISMS programme. Jane holds a Bachelor (honour) degree in Media Innovation from Multimedia University and received her Masters in Corporate Communication from University of Putra Malaysia.

Nor Zalila Radziah, CFTL

Nor Zalila comes with more than 18 months of experience in software integration and software testing. At present, she is involved in managing CDP Software Testing. She holds a Masters (Honours) of Engineering, majoring in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom in 2006.

Joanne Ng Yu Ling
Executive

Joanne comes with more than 6 years of working experience in the IT industry, being involved in the development, testing and deployment of ERP solutions for several major customers regionally. She also comes with significant experience in the Financial Services industry being familiar with the ground and credit operations of a major local bank.

Her responsibilities within the team include project coordination and support for Capability Development Department, as well as acting as an office administrator for the department. She holds a Bachelors degree in Business from James Cook University, Australia.
